Baltimore Magazine
As an Editorial Style Intern at Baltimore Magazine, my role was a mix of writing, styling and photography. I pitched creative ideas and then executed them by pulling clothing and props for the photoshoots, styling photoshoots on-set, writing articles and interviewing Baltimore's finest. I created content for the Shopping, Lifestyle and Trends sections named “Charmed Life”, published in print, digital and on social media.

November 2019
I’m most proud of my work for Baltimore Magazine’s November 2019 issue I was hands on in so many sections that were published digitally and in print.holiday

Within the Holiday Guide I not only assisted in styling the photoshoots I also modeled on the cover of the section.

In preparation for the Holiday Guide shoot I contacted local stores, pulled clothing and props for the photoshoots, assisted on-set in styling the food and table arrangements and even was a hand model. I was literally hands on!
shopping
In the Shopping section, I pulled clothing and accessories from Baltimore based fashion stores and designers for the photoshoots.

My writing was published for the first time! For the Wellness Ask the Expert section I pitched and wrote a piece on a local Dominican Barbershop, in the spirit of “no shave November”.
lifestyle
Lastly, I assisted in styling and modeled for the Fox Morning News Makeover Monday series – celebrating the first day of fall. In addition, we featured the Morning News Anchor Patrice Sanders in the Lifestyle section.

The December issue’s theme is “Made in Maryland”, where we include artwork, designs, home items, food, anything that is created in Maryland.
So for the Shopping, Lifestyle and Wellness sections, I researched Maryland makers, specifically fashion designers, reached out to them and pulled items to photograph and feature.
